Puppy Pilates Poole offers beginner-friendly sessions combining gentle movement with time to interact and play with puppies.
Our session begins with light Pilates-inspired movement and stretching, led by our qualified instructor, followed by puppy playtime. Dedicated handlers remain with the puppies throughout, making sure they are comfortable, well cared for and able to rest whenever they need to.
