New to Pilates? You’ll be looked after. The movement is gentle, beginner-friendly and designed to help you feel comfortable from the start.

Beginners are very welcome. Sessions last one hour: 15 minutes of light movement and stretching, followed by puppy-led play. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. The puppies choose the pace, with breaks and fresh water available throughout. Private experiences are available for hens, birthdays, celebrations and corporate wellbeing groups.

What to expect
Each one-hour session begins with 15 minutes of beginner-friendly Pilates, light movement and gentle stretching, followed by puppy-led play and cuddles. No Pilates experience is needed.
